Foreign foods are harder to find here than they typically are in the United States. For instance, they don't have peanut butter here and finding jalapenos was quite the journey, but any kind of meat and most vegetables can be found in almost any store. While I have not had a large amount of it, sushi is very popular here with the locals and the only connection it has to Moscow/Russia is that Russian cuisine is known for its fish. Some people around here even say if you didn't know better, you'd think sushi was originally a Russian dish!
