The weather this week was very Valparaíso like, meaning that it was a mix of foggy, cloudy and sunny. We had some excellent sunny days and then some that were foggy the entire day. We are at the start of winter here (the seasons are oppisite from you), so the weather is getting colder. That said, it was absolutely beautiful today!
We were mostly in the city this week so we didn't see anything too spectacular. That said, Valparaíso is famous for having lots of street dogs and cats. At first they seem like abandoned but it's actually that they are shared by everyone. Every corner has a happy fat little dog sitting, waiting to be petted and every counter has a cat, purring and watching the cars go by. Izzy also saw a flock of wild parakeets, which are native here. They are bright green and very beautiful.
