Tapas and More

Introduction:

You can find many different restaurants and coffee shops all over the city. You can be walking down the street anywhere and a spot at least five different places to get a bit of food. I have seen common Spanish dishes at most restaurants, but I have also seen different types of cuisine, like Italian, Mexican, American and Indian.

What food did I try?:

So far, I have only tried two different Spanish dishes. I've had papas bravas, which consists of chopped potatoes with a red sauce and cream. I have also had bocadillos, a sandwich made with Spanish bread, ham and cheese. Bocadillos or a croissant with coffee is a typical Spanish breakfast. Since Spain is very diverse in its cuisine I have also enjoyed trying lasagna, wings and sushi. I have yet to try paella, a traditional Spanish rice dish with different toppings such as meats and seafood.

How did I feel when I tried it?:

So far everything has been delicious and very tasty. Nothing that I have tried has been too different from what I am used to, which has been comforting, but I am also excited to try new foods that are more exotic to me. All of the foods that I have tried are very rich and filling. They leave me wanting more but also with no room for more food.

How is the food prepared?:

Most coffee shops already have the food prepared.
