The weather this week has been pretty cold compared to last week. We had several sunny days in a row last week, which made it seem like the spring weather might be here to stay. I don't mind the cloudy and rainy days. I love when it rains in Paris, it makes the whole city look very beautiful.
Walking down the street in Paris, I always pass a few dogs walking with their owners, especially if when I'm near a park. There are a few cats that live in the courtyard where I work in the lab. They have an important job: they limit the rat and mice populations.
I got to sit in the Jardin de Luxembourg (Luxembourg Garden), one of the largest gardens in the center of Paris, for a couple of hours this past weekend. It was nice to explore the garden and wander around looking at the statues and sculptures in the garden.
