What was the best meal this week?:

The best meal was a Korean dish I made called "Kimchi jjiage." Kimchi is a traditional Korean side-dish composed of spicy fermented cabbage. There are many varieties of cabbage that can be used, and it is often eaten with every meal. Alternatively, kimchi can be incorporated into a full meal; kimchi jjigae is made by pan-frying porkbelly and adding a kimchi soup base. It's also my favorite meal!

I have been listening songs labeled as alternative. My favorite song at the moment is "Malibu Nights" by LANY. When I listen to this song, I feel calm and relaxed especially when I am walking by the harbor.

The highlight of my day is finding a new trail to hike and explore. I love walking through the bush and seeing the best views of the city.
