Sofia's Life

Introduction:

Sofia is a ten year old whose mom works for the International Studies Abroad Program I am currently a part of. Sofia was born and raised in Lima to an American mom and a Peruvian dad. She loves it here and can speak English and Spanish perfectly. The many times I have seen Sofia have been great. She taught me a lot of things about Peru. 

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

For breakfast I usually eat eggs, bread with cream cheese, fresh juices. For dinner I like vegetables and pasta and sometimes meat. My favorite Peruvian dishes are Lomo Saltado, Tacu Tacu, Locro, Tallarines Verdes.

What is your house like?:

My house is two story, and has a garden.  The laundry room is on the third floor, rooftop.  I have my own room and I share a bathroom with my little brother.

What chores do you have at home?:

I have to keep my room organized, which means make my bed. I also have to feed the cats and dogs, clean the litter box, and give my cats a bath. 

What jobs do your parents have?:

My mom is the Resident Director of International Studies Abroad in Lima and my Dad owns his own company called Amazon Health Products

What time does school start, and what time do you go home?:

School starts at 7:45 am and ends at 2:20 pm, except on a Wednesday.
