The US Dollar. Mostly we use electronic cards that sync with our bank accounts. I very rarely use cash or coins.
A bottle of water costs about $1. Some places in NYC it is more expensive like around Central Park.
The best meal I've had this week was one that I made for a dinner with my friends. It was called Chicken Bastilla. It's a meat pie recipe from Moracco. It has fruit and nuts and it both sweet and savory at the same time! I also experiemented by making a few new types of hummus: lemon & pepper, pine nut, and roasted red pepper with Kashmir chilli pepper.
I listed to The Beatles this week while I was cooking. Such a classic! The band is from the United Kingdom but Americans love listening to them.
This weekend I went to visit a small town in western New Jersey called Princeton. I went with a few of my girl friends and we had breakfast at one of our friends houses then walked around the city. It was very small so we could walk the whole main street in about 15 minutes.
