In tourist locations, a bottle of water can be quite expensive, while at local grocery stores it tends to be around 1.50 euros, which is around $1.76 dollars. There are also plenty of drinking fountains around Florence where you can easily refill your water bottle!
The best meal I had this week was butter chicken served with white rice and naan (a type of flatbread). This is a popular Indian dish.
