Halloween is connected to the environment in Can Tho because the city is growing so quickly as a destination for people from all over the world. I work with citizens from France, Holland, Germany, Taiwan and Rwanda, so there’s definitely a mixture of culture, language and traditions in Southern Vietnam. Exchanging these traditions with people from other cultures is one of the best things about traveling and the easiest way to make new friends.
