I was so happy to have warm weather and lots of sunshine for my vacation. Everyday was between 78-83 degrees Fahrenheit, so I was able to wear shorts the whole time!
I was lucky to see many different animals on my trip. I saw tons of kangaroos, but unfortunately they were out in the field and we were driving, so I was unable to get any pictures. I am happy to share I finally saw a dingo. Dingos are wild dogs that only live in Australia. I also saw several salt water crocodiles. These crocodiles are special because they live primarily in the ocean, which is different from the alligators that we have in Florida and in other southern states, where they live in the swamp.
The most exciting thing I saw in nature this week was the Great Barrier Reef. This is where Finding Nemo takes place! I was also to see many clownfish (aka fish that look like "Nemo" from the movie) since I snorkeled in the reef.
