Remember how I wrote about it being nesting season for the birds? I saw a cassowary and its baby! Cassowaries are giant birds that are similar to an ostrich. They look kind of similar to an ostrich, but like ostriches they also do not fly, which I think is funny for a bird. What is not funny about cassowaries are they are known to be a dangerous bird because they have dagger-like claws. This means their claws are so sharp they are like knives. Yikes!
