I just came back from my trip from Paris. It might seem far, but it was only a 45-minute flight! My train journey to the airport was longer--it took me an hour to get to the airport!
The furthest I've gone was last weekend to Copenhagen. It was much colder than London, but the friendliness of the city made up for it!
Most of my travel time was taken in the Underground "Tube" (subway) service. Living in a walkable city means taking public transportation, like the bus or subway. Since I returned from a trip this past week, I also took a train to the airport.
The Mile End Park was a perfect place to soak up the sun and study for my midterms!
