Au revoir, bon voyage!

One thing living in Geneva has shown me is that it's so important to learn as much as possible about the whole world, especially countries and communities and traditions you might not experience where you live. For one thing, there are so many organizations that call Geneva home--from the United Nations to the Human Rights Council to the World Health Organization! This international city has shown me that if we try to explore and travel as much as we can, we'll be able to understand and help each other across the whole globe. I'm doing this through the universal language of music, but there are so many ways, no matter what age you are or what you want to study! I hope that some of my stories about the Escalade bonfire, or all the different instruments, or the Alps, have encouraged you all to want to travel, meet people from around the world and experience new cultures. (And also maybe listen to some ancient music!)

I’ll sign off with my favorite French phrase - bonne chance et bon courage! Good luck and take courage!
