The best meal I had this week was fried bream! It’s a white fish similar to tilapia, caught right in the river next to my house. I also had some tswii, which is the root of a lily-pad!
I’ve been listening to a lot of folk and country music this week because it reminds me of home. The popular music here is called "amapiano," which originated in South Africa and makes for great dance music!
The most fun activity I attended this week was the prize-giving ceremony at the primary school. This is similar to graduating from elementary school and moving on to middle school. There were lots of speeches, dances and prizes given out to the children.
