This week, I went to the top of the Rua Agusta arch which is a big gateway that marks the entrance to the city. We took an elevator and then climbed to the viewing deck, where we could see a 360-degree view of downtown Lisbon. I could see the main square, Praça de Comércio, the river and the Castle all at once!
I just started reading Sonia Sotomayor's autobiography, My Beloved World. At night, I also try to read some Portuguese poetry before I go to bed.
This week, I tried a kickboxing class at my gym! I also took a dance lesson and went for several walks outside by the river and on the beach.
This week, I went to two new art museums, the Contemporary Art Museum and the Julio Pomar collection. I like going to museums here because I can get a discount as a student, and it is always interesting to learn something new!
