What main languages are spoken here?:

In Italy, the main language is Italian. However, many museums and the zoo have English signs as well because a lot of tourists visit Rome who are more likely to know English than Italian.

What type of money is used here?:

Italy uses the euro.1 eur is 1.16 USD. Along with bills, euros also come in coins worth one or two euro. I like paying for things with coins, which is harder to do in the US because the biggest coin we have is the quarter.

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

A bottle of water usually costs about one euro, but I've seen them for as little as 50 euro cents or as much as two euro. It depends, but the price seems pretty similar to the US!

What was the best meal this week?:

My favorite meal I had this week was steak alfredo that my friend made! We all got together to have a big dinner party and it was so fun and delicious!

What music did I listen to this week?:

I've been trying to listen to a lot of Italian music, mostly older songs by Andrea Bocelli, but another favorite is "Mambo Italiano!"

What activity was the most fun this week?:

I went to a weaving workshop that my school hosted, which was very fun! The weaving workshop gave me instructions on how to begin weaving and provided the materials, too.
