The farthest I traveled this week was to downtown Osaka, which is about 30 minutes away from my college campus.
I have traveled to cities that are about 30 minutes away from where I am living, such as Kyoto and dowtown Osaka. I hope to travel to Tokyo- which is a 10 hour bus ride from Osaka- soon!
I walked A LOT. I also took the public bus and train for long distance travel!
Definitely my Japanese friend's house! I was able to experience the culture, and Japanese family life in particular, for the first time.
