Zhu: I have traveled around China and other Asian countries such as Thailand and Malaysia. For my honeymoon, I went to the Maldives. This year I will go to Liverpool in England on my own for a soccer game.
Huanwei: Zhu and I are both in Foreign Exchange Sales at Citi. We work on a trading floor giving quotations to our clients. We are trading currency with our corporate clients so that they can get more value for their money.
Zhu: Like Huanwei said, we both have the same job. We are also both associate managers in training working to become managers in the future.
Huanwei: While you are young and in school, try and see the world. Do what you’re interested in while you have the opportunity. Come to China, it is a great place!
Zhu: China is very diverse. If you want to learn history, go to Beijing. If you want to see the modern and international side of China, go to Shanghai. Southwest China has a lot of culture that you can experience as well. If you come to China, it would be really good to learn Chinese. The culture of China is connected to our language, so you will understand things better if you can understand the people here.
