Bali is also known for its beautiful rice terraces and beaches. Instead of a flat rice field, the farmers utilize the sides of the mountain to help with the irrigation of the rice! Additionally, for the beaches, many of them are protected, and I've never seen clearer water in my life - it was as blue as you can draw them with color pencils.
