This week the weather officially started to change. We had a little rain at random hours. Sometimes it came very late at night and sometimes mid afternoon. Each time it only lasted about 30 minutes. The mornings were foggy and gray. By the afternoon it was warm again. All I needed was a t-shirt and I was fine. Sadly my house is not very well insulated, so a lot of the time it is colder indoors than it is outside.
I have seen plenty of birds but not many other animals. It is still mosquito season sadly, so many of those are still everywhere. There are not many other animals to see.
In Florence this past weekend I saw so many pigeons. They were everywhere, even in places you would not expect them to be. When I walked into a coffee shop (un bar), pigeons would walk in right behind me. It seemed like they were just having their own adventure. The most interesting part was seeing them in the food markets on the second floor.
