The Lives of Kids in Spain

What subjects do you study in school, and which one is your favorite?:

We have English, Spanish, Galician, history, math, biology, physics and chemistry, physical education and technology. My favorite subject is recreo (recess) because we get to play football (soccer) with our friends. 

What is your homework like?:

I read and write a lot for my language classes and we have to do math problems at home before class. We practiced speaking for our Model United Nations speech yesterday. 

What do you like to do after school? Do you have a favorite sport or game?:

I like to play football with my friends or play video games. Sometimes I go to Marienda (a local mall) and walk or spend time with my friends there. My favorite sport is Formula One and my favorite game is Rocket League. 

Who is your favorite famous person?:

One student said "my favorite is Max Verstappen", a Formula One driver. 

Another said "my favorite famous person is (David) Mella", a player on Deportivo, the local soccer team. 

What kinds of music do you listen to?:

I like Reggaeton and Rap. Myke Towers is my favorite artist. 

What would you like to be when you grow up?:

One student said "I want to be a Formula One driver or work with cars."

Another said "I want to go to school and learn how to be a lawyer."

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?:

If I could go anywhere I would go to Italy and try the pizza and food there.
