My favorite meal this week is actually a viral sandwich. They are popular in Madrid, and are meant to be authentic Italian street food. They're sold at Divorare. The most popular one is on focaccia bread with ham, cottage cheese, and a basil sauce. It's so delicious, and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.
