Traveler Bio

Hola! My name is Ledian Gonzalez, and I am from Miami, Florida. I was born in Cuba and moved to the United States at the age of 6, which gave me the chance to grow up between two cultures and develop a curiosity about the world. I first fell in love with travel through YouTube videos, and at 18, I finally took my first trip to New York City; from then on, I was hooked and set a goal to visit all 195 countries. Growing up in such a diverse city and experiencing that first trip inspired me to make travel a central part of my life. When I started college, I knew I wanted to study abroad, but had a hard time choosing where, since there are so many places I want to see. In the end, I chose Madrid, Spain, a city that has always fascinated me with its history, culture, and energy, and I’m excited to immerse myself in its everyday life while continuing my journey of growth and exploration.
