Vera studies math, English, Spanish, history and geography, French, physical education and a few more electives. English class is her favorite. And I promise you, she's not just saying that because I'm her teaching assistant!
Vera told me that she doesn't typically have much homework for her classes. She might have some math problems to complete outside of class, or a few English grammar exercises to finish up if the class didn't get to them. Sometimes, Vera and a few classmates will complete small projects outside of class as well.
After school, Vera goes to dance class, which is one of her favorite activities. She also attends an academy class after school, which involves extra lessons in English. Vera loves to draw, watch movies and write, which she does lots of in her free time! She said Friends is her comfort show and she loves the movie The Greatest Showman. She doesn't play any sports, although lots of kids her age play soccer, handball and volleyball.
One of Vera's favorite famous people is Zac Efron, because she loves the movie High School Musical.
