This week I interviewed one of the students from Jelky who is in the monster workshop. Since she didn’t feel comfortable sharing photos I am including some I took from this week. I hope you enjoy learning about what life is like day to day for a local Hungarian student.
Not long ago, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance, so now I only eat healthy, balanced meals with absolutely no sugar or refined carbs. My usual breakfast consists of oats, some seeds, and fruit. For lunch, I usually eat some meat and a lot of different vegetables prepared in various ways, and my dinner is similar or something lighter, like a salad.
My house is big enough for three people. We have a garden that we share with our neighbors. Everybody has their own room, and my brother and I also have a bathroom in our rooms, which I’m very grateful for.
Obviously, I clean my own room and bathroom. I sometimes help with washing the dishes, vacuuming the living room, or dusting.
