How do you get to school? Are you allowed to go to school by yourself?:

I usually go to school by public transportation but sometimes I walk the 2.5 kilometers. Yes, I am allowed to go by myself.

Where do you eat lunch? What is your favorite food?:

I usually eat lunch in the school cafeteria. Starting next year in 10th grade, I will be allowed to leave school during lunch break. My favorite foods are sushi and pasta.

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

We speak German at school. Some students choose a bilingual path and have extra classes in English, not only English class. We say “Hallo” to say hello.

What are some common kids' names at your school?:

Some common names at my school are Theo, Marta, Felix, Martin, Marie and Lina.

What subjects do you study in school, and which one is your favorite?:

We study English, German, math, history, science and politics and economy. My favorite subject is English or history because I like learning about other countries and the past.

What is your homework like?:

On long school days, homework is usually things we did not finish in class. On short days, we often have worksheets, presentations or something we have to turn in.

What do you like to do after school? Do you have a favorite sport or game?:

After school I go to gymnastics. I also play memory or hide and seek with my younger siblings. I like to cook with my dad. My family really likes to watch soccer together.
