C'est amusant. (It was fun!) The time for me to share my experiences in France with you all has come to an end, and also, I will be coming home soon to the United States to see my family. I am happy and sad at the same time. Seeing all the glorious parts of France made me open to a new way of life, but at the same time, I struggled with some aspects such as living on my own. It was hard but fun, and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance.

The first thing I will miss about France is the food. I remember showing you all my favorite foods from France, and I know it won't be the same in America. If you ever get to travel to France or anywhere, please get excited about the food options- even if some of these seems unappealing at first! You would be surprised by what your tongue does and doesn't like. Based off of my experiences, I recommend you find a French bakery in America and try a freshly made croissant, a pastry with apple sauce inside (it is called pain de pomme), a warm ham and cheese sandwich (croque-monsieur), and--although you might have already tried this--a creme brulee dessert.  The second thing I will miss about France is learning a new language.
