Winter season is coming fast in Slovakia. It has been cold, dark, windy and cloudy. We even had a little bit of snow in my town! The sun usually sets around four o’clock, which has been a change for me.
This week I saw dogs and cats walking outside. There are many people who have dogs as pets in my town. I even have a neighbor who has a little dog. I normally can hear it barking outside my window when it wants to be let back inside. Even with this distraction, it is still sweet to see other dogs with their owners around town.
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week was the snow! It was nice to wake up on Sunday morning and look outside to see the snow on the ground. Though there was not much of it, I was still surprised to see it cover the grass.
