A Day in the Life

I take over for an hour to run activities and games related to the week's topic while they handle the grammar and technical instruction. The workload is manageable, and they're easy to collaborate with. I'm honestly pretty lucky with how my assignment is set up!

After work, I take the bus home and have dinner. If I have leftovers from my meal prep, I eat those, but if not, I'll order a pizza or a chicken burger from a nearby place. My evenings are usually spent unwinding with a TV show or movie, and I make it a point to call my friends from home to catch up. Staying connected with them has been a huge help, especially while adjusting to a new place. It's always comforting to talk to people you trust; it's a reminder that you're never really alone in whatever journey you're on.

Unless I have Friday or Saturday night plans, I typically go to bed around 10 PM since I'm up early in the mornings. And that's pretty much a typical weekday for me!

Until next time! :)
