Food in the United Kingdom

Traditional afternoon tea is a meal in between breakfast and lunch that includes tea, assorted finger sandwiches and lots of little desserts like cakes and biscuits (which we would call cookies).

Nearby Wales, a province of the United Kingdom, has tons of sheep, so lamb is very fresh here. There are also stricter food laws on labelling and preparation in the European Union, so things are generally fresher and have fewer preservatives, salt and sugar.
