My roomate has an old-fashioned radio, so we were able to get some local Thai stations and hear different Thai songs which was interesting and fun! Aside from that, I listened to Lisa who is very famous here and heard a few locals playing Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Billie Eilish songs.
I was a guest English teacher at a school in Bangkok where I got to teach 7-9th graders! I had my students work on argumentative writing and speaking. During the class, students pretended they were in a MrBeast competition (MrBeast is a highly subscribed youtuber) and needed to convince him why they were the most deserving person to win $5,000,000. Students read what they wrote, some students acted out their plea to MrBeast and we were all laughing so hard!
