The weather this week was like it has been every week, sunny with almost zero percent chance of rain! In fact, this Sunday was the first time it rained since I've been here, and I arrived in the middle of January! Luckily, it has cooled off since I arrived. Because we're in the southern hemisphere, the seasons are reversed compared to what I'm used to in the United States. It was 90 degrees F most days when I first arrived. Now, however, it continues to be sunny, but it is temperate during the day and cold at night.
We have a a couple cats that like to roam around outside in the apartment's garden area. They don't belong to anyone, I don't think. Rather, they're like community pets that like to hangout with the neighbors. It's pretty cute.
