The 25 Mile Trekking Tour

The crop needs a warm and wet environment to grow well, which is why Asia is the prime location for the crop to grow. After the crop has matured, the stalks are cut, then wrapped with a wired stick and beaten to release the grains. The entire community takes part in this process, which creates community bonds. In addition to helping cultivate the corn and rice, many people also come together to build houses and take part in any other activities that people may need help with.

In conclusion, this past weekend was truly an amazing eye-opening experience. I found myself immersed in a culture that is vastly different from my own, but one which has so much value and love. In addition, I loved interacting more with the natural world, by trekking 25 miles, consistently breathing fresh air, seeing cool spiders, helping harvest rice, meeting people in hill tribe villages, and eating fresh fruit, some of which even came from trees within the jungle.
