There are two main languages spoken in Ourense. The first is Spanish, because we are in Spain. The second is called Galician, Gallego (in Spanish), or Galego (in Galician). Galician is the official language of Galicia, which is the region Ourense is located. Galician sounds similar to Spanish, but has a mix of Portugese in it, too.
Spain is a country that is part of the European Union, so, we use the euro here.
In Ourense, a bottle of water is almost always less than 1 Euro. That said, water is not free at restaurants like it is back home. If you would like filtered water, you'll have to pay!
I've been into pastries recently! Ourense has many great cafes and bakeries, and it is very easy to get fresh bread and other treats everyday.
I've been listening to a lot of music in Spanish recently! My favorite artists are Bad Bunny, Karol G, Gypsy Kings, and Maná.
