It is currently rainy season in Indonesia, and it rained nearly every single night in Jakarta. Some neighborhoods even flooded!
Indonesia has a lot of stray cats, at least one per block! I also saw my fair share of geckos, or cicak (pronounced chee-chack) in Indonesian.
I spotted a lesser adjutant, which is a stork with a bare (kind of orange) neck and head, black wings and white head. It was walking around Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.
Taman Mini has an aviary with over 200 species of birds!
