The most interesting place I visited this week was the beach at Marseille. This was so interesting because the beaches were different from the ones back home. The water was crystal clear to where I could see my toes even in deep water. Also many parts of the beaches had rocks instead of sand to sit on. You could climb out on to the rocks and dive into the water. The water was so cold but it felt amazing to climb after walking in the hot sun.
The best part about traveling here is it is so easy to do. All I have to do is go to the bus station that is about a 30 minute walk from my house and get a roundtrip ticket to wherever I want to go. Now of course, I couldn't get a bus ticket to visit New York from here, but I can get one to Paris or Germany.
