How I Travel Korea Without a Car

How did I feel when I tried this way of getting around?:

At first, I was very nervous to use the public transportation system in Korea. I was afraid of not knowing when to get off if the signs were in Korean or of getting on a bus or train going the wrong way altogether. But as I traveled more and more, I have found the process increasingly easy. To help you, there are apps you can use to navigate both metro and bus schedules and maps everywhere you wish to go in the country. The best thing is that I can pay for all of the transportation (bus, taxi, and train) with one transportation card called a T-Money card. This card is even able to be used at most convenience stores to pay for snacks!

Is this way of getting around connected to the culture and environment, How?:

The transportation system here is so efficient and comprehensive, that I can get anywhere I want in the country in just a few hours. If, for example, I find out there is a festival on a Saturday in another city, I can decide to go last minute. I love this transportation system and will miss it when I return to the U.S!
