The weather this week has been incredible. It has been warmer lately as it has been transitioning into Spring. As it has gotten warmer and there are more sunny days, I see more people spending time walking around the city and the beach. Most days are not that hot. However, the sun shines more and the UV is extremely high in the Spring. It is important to remember to wear sunscreen before going out.
There are many unique animals that can be found roaming the streets of Sydney that are very different from the usual pigeon or squirrel I would see back home. Australia has a different variety of birds that can be found on the streets of the city, one of which being the beautiful rainbow lorikeet that landed on my window one morning. As the name would suggest, the bird has a beautiful set of colorful feathers that stand out against the greenery of trees. One of the most interesting looking birds is the Australian white ibis.Pages
