The altar is crosslit in a warm light and seems to be the focus of the room, while the neighboring indigenous display is cluttered and shoved into a corner.
While the goal of this museum is to bring awareness to other cultures, I found it really underwhelming. Having said that, I also believe it prompts people to discuss their own internal biases-- assuming you are looking and thinking critically in the first place. Even reliable sources have biases, and it's important to have the ability to criticize establishments and inquire further about the origins of information and the backgrounds of those presenting history.
