The biodiversity and the richness of the land enable Ecuador to produce an abundance of products. However, sometimes people or companies can be greedy and take too much from the land. This is why the fight to stop this type of extraction is important to many Ecuadorians. They realize that we must take advantage of our natural resources but also protect them, the environment and all creatures that call Pachamama home.
