Even though it's mostly sunny here (at least after about 7:30 AM), it's getting quite cold in the mornings. This morning it was only about 39ºF while I walked to work!
I didn't see as many animals out this week, because it's getting colder and it rained on a few days. There are some cats on my walk, and there are SO MANY birds! Pigeons and parrots especially, but there is also strange black, white, and blue bird. I still need to figure out what it is!
Honestly, I'm still shocked every time I see one of those green parrots (in Spanish, cotorra monje, or monk parakeet) just out and about! They're so cool, but so bizarre and loud. They're also invasive, aka, they're not supposed to be here!
