Changwe met with Genevieve over video call, his mom attending as well. We discussed various aspects of his life in Lusaka, Zambia.
Sometimes for breakfast, Changwe will have bread or rice with milk. For lunch, he will have nshima and spaghetti. On the weekends, he goes out to dinner at local restaurants. If he is eating at home, he will have nshima with vegetables, (called chiwah), pumpkin leaves, and beef, lamb or pork as the meat.
Changwe says he lives in a medium-sized home and he has his own room.
Changwe is responsible for cleaning the bathroom and making his bed.
Changwe's father works in construction and his mother has her own business.
Changwe leaves for school at 6:00 in the morning. He returns just before 1PM if there are no after school activities. When there are activities, he gets home at 3PM.
