Hi, Classroom! It is officially time for me to say goodbye, which means I’ll be heading home to NYC soon from Argentina! I am so excited to see my family, friends and everything back in my life in New York. But I have truly loved my time here, and I will miss my life in Argentina too. I will miss hearing Spanish every day, exploring the city, eating yummy Argentine foods and all the little moments that made Argentina feel so special. The list of things I will miss is endless! I am so thankful I had the opportunity to live and explore this wonderful country through my study abroad program. It has been such an incredible experience to learn about Argentina’s culture and way of life.
I hope you enjoyed learning about Argentina and the rest of South America through my adventures, and I hope one day you get to explore a new place too! There are so many ways to make travel possible, especially through school programs and scholarships like the Gilman Scholarship that made my journey possible. Being curious, asking questions and learning about the world can take you so far. Thank you for being part of my journey!
