The weather this week was hotter than I have experienced since being here. As a result I found myself sweating a lot, so I bought a portable fan that has been very helpful. However, I do love the evenings because of the ocean breeze that we receive.
Lizards, goats and chickens are pretty common in my day to day. I see cows more often outside of Accra. Dogs that are house pets are not common here, and instead they stay outside and are treated as guard dogs.
The coolest thing I saw this week was a lizard on the rock. This one was cool because it had orange coloring on its skin. The ones I usually see are only one color, but this week I saw a couple with orange shades.
