I grew up playing lacrosse, which is an American sport that I didn't expect to find here in China. But I did! There is a group of Americans living here who started a lacrosse league in Beijing in 2015. I joined the team when I moved here, and it has been a great way to meet new people from all over the world!
It's a holiday week here called Golden Week! Many people take vacations and travel. Because Beijing is a city with a lot of history and tourism, that means there are more people here than usual. People are visiting sites like the Great Wall, The Temple of Heaven, and the Forbidden City. The subways and buses are pretty busy!
