Indonesian is the main language spoken here.
The Indonesian rupiah (I.D.R.) is the currency in Indonesia.
A bottle of water costs I.D.R. 4.000, or 25 cents! That's not a lot of money!
This isn't really a meal, but I got to try durian bawor with my cousins, which is a sweeter, creamier and more orange durian that is popular in Central Java.
"Tabola Bale," by Silet Open Up, is trending absolutely everywhere in Indonesia right now!
The most fun activity this week was my trip to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Taman Mini is an Indonesia-themed tourist attraction that has 15 museums and exhibits for 34 Indonesian provinces. Each exhibit has life-sized replicas of each province's traditional buildings and clothing. I got to try sumpit, whch is a blowpipe used for hunting in Kalimantan.
