This is when we switched from being Peace Corps trainees to Peace Corps volunteers. In the Peace Corps, there are three goals! The first goal is to help interested countries in meeting their need for trained people. The second goal is to learn about that country's culture and the third goal is to share about American culture. After officially becoming a volunteer, I was excited and ready to get to work!
