Scotland has lots of green hills and grassy fields, which are great places for cows to live and graze (eat grass). Scotland has a strong beef industry, which means farmers raise cows for beef. The cool, rainy weather helps the grass grow, giving cows plenty of food. I tried beef noodle soup, so my meal was connected to the Scottish environment because the beef can come from cows raised on Scotland’s green farms!
