A Day in the Life of a Czech Teenager!

Introduction:

Read on to enjoy an interview with a few of my students where they shared some details about their lives. I didn't include their names or photos for privacy, but hopefully this will help you learn about their experiences!

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

For breakfast I eat bread and fruit.

For lunch, I eat at the school canteen (cafeteria). There is always soup to start, and then the main meal is usually some kind of meat with vegetables.

For dinner, I eat whatever my mom cooks for me. She is a very good cook.

What is your house like?:

I live in a flat (apartment) with my family. We have three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. We also have a dog.

What chores do you have at home?:

At home, I help do the dishes, sweep the floors, vacuum and sometimes help with cooking.

What jobs do your parents have?:

My mother is a teacher and my father is a police officer.

What time does school start, and what time do you go home?:

School starts at 8:00 a.m. I go home at different times each day, depending on when my classes end. I usually go home between 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
