I traveled 400 km this week to go to Santa Cruz, a small town about 3 hours south of Santiago located in a place called the Colchagua Valley
So far on this journey, I have travelled about 10,000 kilometers (~6,213 miles).
I got around by bus, metro, and by foot!
I visited Santa Cruz, Chile, which hosted a wine festival called the vendimia where small and large vineyards from all over the region came to give samples of their products.
I got to Santa Cruz via bus and the ride was fun! We drove through the Colchagua valley, which was full of horses, vineyards and mountain views. My seat was called a "semi cama" which means half-bed, because I reclined all the way back! It was so comfortable and I ended up taking a nice nap.
